Music

On January 26th, my digital distribution will expire on the first album I put up on Spotify and other digital distributors. To keep it up, I still need to raise $32.

All album sales this week will serve to keep Resistance Songs for the Struggling Artist on-line.

It had been a while since the muse asked me to sing.

But here we are. Lately, I mostly sing in the living room.

But you can hear me in YOUR living room from this very website.

For my brand new album of lullabies, go here.

For the four albums of covers that came out this year via the podcast:

Resistance Songs for the Struggling Artist

Love Songs for the Struggling Artist

More Songs for the Struggling Artist

Generation X Songs for the Struggling Artist

To stream most of this stuff, you can find it on Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer and Bandcamp.

You can also listen to songs on ReverbNation or with my old band, Bright Red Boots

"I hate a song that makes you think that you're not any good. I hate a song that makes you think that you are just born to lose. Bound to lose. No good to nobody. No good for nothing. Because you are either too old or too young or too fat or too slim or too ugly or too this or too that....songs that run you down or songs that poke fun of you on account of your bad luck or your hard traveling. I am out to fight those kinds of songs to my very last breath of air and my last drop of blood."

- Woody Guthrie

I've played an acoustic Seagull named Nina for over twenty years but this electric came into my life recently and Ms. Charlotte Bronte and I are getting along famously.

Also I'm dressed as Cupid - with my axe instead of a bow and arrow.
